MEET THE TEAM
Endodontist Jelani T. Washington,
DDS, MS, BSN, RN
Dr. Jelani T. Washington brings a rare depth of training to every patient he treats. A Baton Rouge native, he earned his Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Southern University before completing his Doctor of Dental Surgery at Meharry Medical College. He then served five years as a dentist in the United States Air Force before pursuing endodontic specialty training at Texas A&M's Baylor College of Dentistry, where he earned both his Certificate in Endodontics and a Master of Science in Dentistry.
Board-certified through the American Board of Endodontics and a specialist member of the AAE, Dr. Washington has practiced dentistry for over 20 years — the last 14 dedicated exclusively to endodontics. He and his wife Keysra, whom he met at Meharry, are proud parents of three and have called the Conyers community home ever since.
